The project will consist of a partial demolition of the exterior and complete demolition of the interior except for portions of existing structural floors and walls. This project also provides new flooring, doors, windows ceiling, lighting, fixtures, and interior painting. All plumbing, room partitions, electrical work, fire sprinkler and fire system, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems will be reconfigured. An elevator, elevator lobby, machine room, and emergency generator room will be installed. The existing roofing will also be replaced. Work will be performed in Wahiawa, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by May 2012. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
