Work will be performed in Tewksbury, Mass., (80 percent) and Medford, N.Y., (20 percent), and work is expected to be completed April 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured under ONR Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) 08-013 dated Mar 14, 2008.
