Contract Details: The Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $853,305,629 cost-plus-incentive-fee/cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPIF/CPFF) contract to provide support in the Trident II (D5) missile production and deployed system support (C4 and D5) in an undefinitized contract action. The contract type will be CPIF/CPFF for this contract only and mature production efforts will transition to fixed-price-incentive in FY11. Contract will provide for sheet metal repair and fabrication services onboard Navy ships and other government vessels within a 50-mile radius of San Diego, Calif. These six contracts shall compete for delivery orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.
