Contract Details: Modification PZ0001 to definitize letter contract DCA200-03-D-5000 with SBC Global Services Inc. was issued effective Mar. 13, 2003. The requirement is for two OC-48 SONET rings which will comprise the St. Louis Commercial Metropolitan Area Network Service.
