Contract Details: Longbow Limited Liability Co., Orlando, Fla., was awarded a $6,582,434 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 39 line items of spare parts to support depot level maintenance of the Longbow Hellfire Modular Missile System. Work will be performed in Orlando (50 percent) and Baltimore (50 percent), and is to be completed in August 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole-source contract initiated on Feb. 28, 2003. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-99-C-0086).
