Team members include: Air Transport International LLC of, Little Rock Ark., Atlas Air, Inc., of Purchase, N.Y., Federal Express Corp., of Memphis, Tenn., Northwest Airlines, Inc., of St Paul, Mo., Omni Air International, Inc., of Tulsa, Okla., Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, Inc., of Purchase, N.Y., and Tradewinds Airlines, Inc., of Greensboro, N.C. Work will be performed at worldwide locations, and is expected to be completed Sept. 2009. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
