Contract Details: Tulip Corp.,* dba PHI, City of Industry, Calif., is being awarded a $15,070,480 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for replacement hydraulic tube benders to support Navy and Marine Corps land-based Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Facilities (AIMDs) and mobile maintenance facilities. This contract provides for two preproduction units and up to 100 production units. Work will be performed in City of Industry, Calif., and is expected to be completed in November 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under an electronic request for proposals as a 100 percent small business set-aside; two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335-08-D-0004).
