Contract Details: Northrop Grumman Missions Systems, Carson, Calif., is being awarded a $97,023,309 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification. This modification to the Space Based Surveillance contract is being issued to increase the contract value to recognize a subcontract overrun of $97,023,309. No additional work is being added to the contract by this modification. At this time, no funds have been obligated. This work will be complete December 2008.
