Contract Details: International Business Machines (IBM) Corp., U.S. Federal/Global Government Industry Division, Bethesda, Md., is being competitively awarded a cost-plus-award-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (H95001-10-D-0002) with a price ceiling of $50,000,000. IBM will develop a decision support system of people, business processes, workflows, system automation, decision models, dashboards, and displays with governance and standards to support Missile Defense Agency leadership in synchronizing and integrating ballistic missile defense system baselines for rapid development of decision options and trade-offs for program management. Work will be peformed in Colorado Springs, Colo., and Huntsville, Ala., and will take place from July 1, 2010 through June 20, 2015. Fiscal 2010 research, development, test and evaluation funds, in the amount of $9,105,559, will be used for the initial task order. This contract was competitively procured with six proposals received. Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center, Schriever Air Force Base, Colo., is the contracting activity.
